ecoforum 2025 Group Registration

Instructions

To register a group of 5 or more attendees and access the group discount, please select group size below.

If you are attending, please ensure your name is listed first as the Group Co-ordinator under the Group Contact section.

If you are not attending but registering on behalf of others, tick “I am not attending” and enter your details under Primary Contact Details. You will receive a copy of all attendee confirmation emails.

Enter the correct email for each attendee, not your admin email. This email:

• Links the registration to their contact record if they are a member.
• Prevents duplicate records and missing information.
• Keeps CPD points and event history accurate.

Using the wrong email can stop membership recognition, trigger duplicate checks that may cancel a booking, and overwrite information linked to that address.

Tip: If an attendee has updated their membership email, use the one they use for the member portal.

You're all set!

Your registration for ecoforum 2025 is complete.

A confirmation email has been sent to you with your personalised conference schedule and event information.

If you have any questions or need to make changes, just use the contact details or links provided in your email.

We look forward to welcoming you to Brisbane for ecoforum 2025.
