This login is for the admin or group organiser. Please use your own email address to create or access your account, as the email needs to be verified. 

Student and Concession registrations cannot be registered via the group portal. Please go to the main registration site.

Important Information

If you are not attending but registering on behalf of others, tick “I am registering on behalf of” and enter your details under Primary Contact Details. You will receive a copy of all attendee confirmation emails.

Enter the correct email for each attendee, not your admin email. This email:

  • Links the registration to their contact record if they are a member.
  • Prevents duplicate records and missing information.
  • Keeps CPD points and event history accurate.

Using the wrong email can stop membership recognition, trigger duplicate checks that may cancel a booking, and overwrite information linked to that address.

Tip: If an attendee has updated their membership email, use the one they use for the member portal.
