If you are not attending but registering on behalf of others, tick “I am registering on behalf of” and enter your details under Primary Contact Details. You will receive a copy of all attendee confirmation emails.

Enter the correct email for each attendee, not your admin email. This email:

  • Links the registration to their contact record if they are a member.
  • Prevents duplicate records and missing information.
  • Keeps CPD points and event history accurate.

Using the wrong email can stop membership recognition, trigger duplicate checks that may cancel a booking, and overwrite information linked to that address.

Tip: If an attendee has updated their membership email, use the one they use for the member portal.
